The location was marvellous and stunning, very close to Highlands, and the beer garden, in a pretty nice area. There was Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was exceptional.

Excellent base for discovering Oban with extremely helpful staff who was less interested in service. A huge variety of outstanding food. Friendly atmosphere all around, excellent and absolutely perfect location near to a desert and other areas of the west coast. 

By and large, it was quaint and perfect place with nice staff who was less interested in service. Had fantastic location unable to have breakfast due to having to leave early to catch a ferry and compact rooms.  

The location was good and gorgeous, to the ferry terminal in Oban and the interior design was modern. Loved staying at the good sized economy double room for the dogs bed.

Everything was very good, had a really nice stay during our road trip. Really enjoyed the double room with the most comfy bed, nice bathroom and an attic space we was given. The breakfast was freshly prepared 

Its location was incredible, so close to early ferry to Mull, and restaurant in evening. The breakfast available was very tasty with juice, boiled mushrooms, the porridge. The vibe here was friendly.

Fairly clean place with glorious view of the sea. Marvellous and brilliant setting next to a bus stop. Found in the very quite area.

The property has a beautiful and good location, right by the Connel bridge over the Falls of Lora and other areas.

It boasts marvellous, fantastic location next to a ferry to Mull and the water front.

Airy and brand-new units with coffee, bedroom, the bar of oysters. Welcome drinks at main bar, exceptional service. Magnificent, beautiful location in the beautiful area.

The restaurant here was reasonably priced with a lovely view, we both ordered excellent dishes.

We liked the room, it was brand-new with the most comfy bed, views over the loch, as for instance. The location was excellent for exploring Oban.

My room was well decorated with comfortable decor. Its location in a lovely restaurant overlooking the water was magnificent.

The location is stunning and the food is fresh. The units are immaculately clean and airy with a view.
